Acceptance of Terms
The Reading Matrix provides its service to you, subject
to the following Terms of Service. When using these
services, you and The Reading Matrix shall be subject
to any posted guidelines applicable to such services,
which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines
or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the
Terms of Service.
The Reading Matrix provides users with access to a number
of online services that allow you to create lessons
and quizzes over the Internet and share them with others
and give online quizzes and track students' scores.
The Reading Matrix assumes no responsibility for the
timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications
or personalization settings. In order to use the services,
you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either
directly or through devices that access Web-based content,
and pay any service fees associated with such access.
In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary
to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including
a computer and modem.

When your visit The Reading Matrix or send e-mails to
us, you are communicating with us electronically. You
consent to receive communications from us electronically.
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting

Registration and Member Accounts
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining

the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove

Forums and Public Communication
Forum means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function
offered as part of The Reading Matrix. You shall not
upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish
through the readingmatrix.com Website any content which
is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive
of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or
otherwise objectionable, that would constitute or encourage
a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party,
or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate
any law. The Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial
manner. You shall not, without our express approval,
distribute or otherwise publish any material containing
any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or
solicitation for goods or services. You specifically

Submissions: Copyright and Permissions-
The concept of "fair use" or "fair dealing"
in use of copyrighted material includes the right to
quote briefly (up to 100 words) for scholarly purposes
from most published materials. However, if you are including
figures, tables, poems, or longer quotations, especially
parts of an original work, permission must be obtained

Authors of accepted manuscripts will assign to The Reading
Matrix the permanent right to electronically distribute
their article, but authors will retain copyright and,
after the article has appeared in The Reading Matrix,
authors may republish their text (in print and/or electronic
form) as long as they clearly acknowledge The Reading
Matrix as the original publisher. The editors of The
Reading Matrix reserve the right to make editorial changes
in any manuscript accepted for publication for the sake
of style or clarity. Authors will be consulted only
if the changes are major.
License and Site Access
The Reading Matrix grants you a limited license to access

Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number
